Products I Use for Hair, Body and Face!

It's 2014, guys.

I've decided to whip out my beauty products -- there is no correlation, whatsoever, it's just my adventurous self. I thought it would be a cute idea.

Kiehl's Olive Fruit Oil Nourishing Shampoo is exactly what it says. It is moisturising and nourishing. A really good one if you have damaged hair. It isn't entirely suitable for me because I have an oilier scalp and when I use this, my hair gets oilier quicker (I don't wash my hair everyday).

Crabtree & Evelyn's Rosewater Shampoo is something I recently got from Mum and it is amazinggg. Really recommend this! This is a more of a clarifying shampoo, I only shampoo my scalp as the ends are too dry.

Sunsilk's Pink Conditioner This is really inexpensive, I got it URGENTLY because I ran out of my Dove one. I really recommend Dove for damaged hair conditioners. This conditioner smells great but it's more suitable for people who don't have healthy hair.

Two bottles of this shows you how good it is! The shampoo is at RM115... and that's a lot of money for a bottle of shampoo but it really does make it quite healthy!

Sebamed's Liquid Body & Face Wash This is a huuugeee bottle. I have used Sebamed for years. It's a German brand, and it specialises in problematic skin. I have (really mild) eczema on my arms and legs and when I use this, it poses no problem. No scent, not drying, looks like a badass green chemical liquid.

House of Rose's La Rose Body Soap I'm currently using this because I ran out of Sebamed. It's from Japan. If you want to smell like a GARDEN of roses, use this.

L'Occitane's Almond Shower Oil This one is REALLY made from almond oil. It is oil so I'd recommend it for special occasions and dry areas like elbows, knees and front of your legs.

Organic Olive Oil's Exfoliating Body Scrub I recommend everyone to exfoliate themselves, even if you have sensitive skin. It is especially so for your back, shoulders, elbows and knees. This one does the job, but the best ones are from The Body Shop.

Haba's Micro Force Cleansing Oil This makeup cleansing oil is stupidly expensive at RM210 BUT it is the best. It doesn't break me out and works so WELL. (Haba is NOT to be confused with Hada Labo, they're different. Haba works waaayyy better. You can only get Haba in Pavilion and Isetan)

Kiehl's Ultra Facial Cleanser I've been using this and this doubles as a cleanser and makeup cleanser. It doesn't break me out which makes it amazing. Thanks to the male dermatologist who recommended it who has literally GLOWING skin.

Avene Cleanance Soapless Gel Cleanser I use this as a backup cleanser. Avene is a really good French company for sensitive skin and I think the French and Japanese do skincare impeccably. It doesn't break me out, but it doesn't add anything to my skin either, which is why it's a backup.

Haba's G-Lotion (toner) I highly recommend Japanese toners, though they may be expensive. This one is RM152. Most of it are water-based. You pour some on your palms and pat it on your skin, and that's that. Whereas most Western brands use cotton pads, are stinging and drying. This one I've used for years, it is refreshing and gives you a glow. I've used it for so long, so it doesn't give me so much glow anymore :(

Yves Rocher's Ultra Sensitive Day Treatment I use this on the left side of my face only (LOL) because the left side is prone to redness and dryness which can be VERY painful. This is a god send to the left side, haha. I cannot use it anywhere because it will give me acne :(

Kiehl's Blue Herbal Moisturiser Averagely priced at RM90, I use this on my forehead and nose only (LOL) it controls oil and heals scars but if I use it for too long, it'll give me acne :( The small Kiehl's jar is one I've recently tried and it's good for acne-prone skin.

Hazeline Snow Moisturising Cream This one is a god send. It doesn't give me acne, ever. This moisturiser is weird, because it's not even moisturising? Not only that, it heals pustule acne and acne scars! OMGSOGOOD. And so cheap, it's RM15 for a whole jar! Your grandma probably used this years ago.

I have such a tedious routine because my face is sensitive, acne prone, dry on the left cheek and combination elsewhere.  Kenny just cleanses his face and has NO acne (hit list includes Fiona, Shufy, Yen, Garett, Lyn, Liza.. they all have fabulous skin) You're lucky in that you have glorious hair or glowy skin without trying!
